Article 1 (Application)

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) set forth the conditions for using Qureco Screen Recorder (the “Service”) provided by Qurio Inc. (the “Company”). Users must agree to these Terms before using the Service.

Article 2 (Service Description)

The Service is a screen recording application for macOS. The Free plan provides basic recording features, while the Pro plan offers additional features such as AI-generated meeting notes, Notion integration, and cloud storage.

Article 3 (Prohibited Conduct)

Users must not engage in any of the following acts:

  • Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
  • Recording that infringes on the rights of third parties (copyright, privacy rights, etc.)
  • Decompiling or reverse-engineering the Service
  • Acts that interfere with the operation of the Service
  • Any other acts the Company deems inappropriate

Article 4 (Fees and Payment)

The Pro plan is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Pricing details are as stated on the product page. Payments are made within the application, and subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

The Company makes no warranty regarding the completeness, accuracy, or usefulness of the Service. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service.

Article 6 (Changes to the Terms)

The Company may revise these Terms as necessary. Revised Terms take effect at the time they are posted on this page.

Article 7 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance over any dispute arising in connection with the Service.
