- AI Meeting Notes Generation: To generate meeting notes from recording data using AI
- Billing: To process charges for Paid Plans

- Service Improvement: To improve Service quality and develop new features
- Auto Update: To check for and deliver application updates
- Security: To prevent unauthorized access and detect Terms violations

5. AI Features and External Services
5.1 AI Meeting Notes Generation
When using the AI meeting notes generation feature, your recording data (audio data) is transmitted to Google Gemini for generating meeting notes.
- Data Transmitted: Recording audio data
- Purpose: Automatic generation of meeting notes text
- Data Retention: For Google's data retention policy, please refer to Google Privacy Policy
- Your Choice: AI feature use is optional. If you do not use AI features, your data is not transmitted to external AI services
5.2 Notion Integration
When you set up Notion integration, meeting notes data is transmitted to your designated Notion workspace. This integration is performed based on your explicit settings and can be stopped at any time by removing the settings.
5.3 Stripe Payments
Payment processing is handled through Stripe. Credit card information is processed directly by Stripe and is not stored on our servers. For Stripe's privacy policy, please refer to Stripe Privacy Policy.
5.4 Auto Update Feature
This application checks for new versions on startup and provides downloads when updates are available. During this process, it accesses our servers (Amazon S3).
6. Data Storage Location and International Transfer
6.1 Primary Storage Location
Your data is principally stored on servers in Japan (AWS Asia Pacific Tokyo Region).
6.2 International Transfers
When using the following services, your data may be transferred outside Japan:

7. Data Retention Period

Account Deletion
If you wish to delete your account, please select "Delete Account" from the "Cloud Storage Settings" screen in the app. When you delete your account, the following will occur:
- All recording data stored in the cloud will be deleted
- Active subscriptions will be automatically canceled
- Usage data will be anonymized and may be used for statistical analysis to improve the service
8. Security
The Company implements the following security measures to protect your personal information:
- Encryption in Transit: All data communications are encrypted using TLS/SSL
- Encryption at Rest: Data stored in the cloud is encrypted with AES-256
- Authentication Security: Password hashing, token-based authentication
- Access Control: Access to your data is limited to minimum necessary personnel
- Regular Audits: Regular review and improvement of security measures
However, complete security cannot be guaranteed for internet communications or data storage. Please also maintain security awareness, such as proper password management.
9. Your Rights

9.1 Data Access and Deletion
Through in-app features, you can:
- View and delete recording data stored in the cloud
- Delete your account (all data will be deleted)
9.2 Other Requests
For other personal information requests (disclosure, correction, suspension of use, etc.), please contact us at the address below. We may request information for identity verification. Please note that we may not be able to comply with requests in accordance with applicable laws.
10. Cookies and Similar Technologies
As the Service is a desktop application, cookies typically used on websites are generally not used.
However, our websites (landing page, support page, etc.) may use cookies for the following purposes:
- Maintaining authentication status
- Analyzing site usage
- Improving services
11. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. The Company does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
